Over 25 years of martial arts, including Wing Chun Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, Filipino Martial Arts, Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense. Experience competing in Muay Thai, BJJ & MMA. 17 years personal training & 14 teaching Ginástica Natural.
Constantly moving, training, learning and adapting has developed the synergy I have with Ginástica Natural as a highly effective cross-training method. Amazingly beneficial for anybody wanting to improve mobility, performance, agility, longevity, stamina, quality of life, and overall wellness. Mixed into the natural flow of this method rooted in animal movements, dynamic bodyweight exercises, and BJJ ground movements, are breathing techniques that will increase your performance and recovery.
Flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and stealth will be naturally enhanced or returned to the body.
Stronger connection to self, and joy of expression of physical movement are side effects.
